GRAPPAS: SCHIAVO DISTILLERY (VI)
GRAPPA DI CLINTO Grape varieties: clinto, clinton, and cabernet. Young, bright transparent appearance; toasted walnut and herbaceous nose, dry, astringent and slightly acid taste.
GRAPPA EL CAO Grape varieties: cabernet, fragolino and merlot. Young and transparent appearance; fresh yellow flesh fruit aroma, delicate fruity taste.
GRAPPA AMARONE Grape varieties: corvina, molinara and rondinella. Young and transparent appearance; cherry and ripe berry aroma; soft and round taste.
GRAPPA TENTAZIONE Grape varieties: moscato giallo, pinot blanc and raboso. Young and transparent appearance; rosehip, white flowers and fresh fruit scent; elegant and fruity taste for grappa “novices”.

MARZADRO DISTILLERY (TN)
LE DICIOTTO LUNE This is an aged, high quality Grappa, produced from the best pomace from the Trentino region; it is left to refine for minimum eighteen months in small casks made of different fine woods expressed in the final round taste, with a hint of vanilla.
GRAPPE ALLA CREMA ALPINA- CREAMY LIQUEURS Delicious liqueurs with a smooth and gentle palate, made with fresh cream from Trentino mountain farms. Thanks to the low alcohol content, they are suitable as a young, light and delicate drink. Available in the following flavours: Hazelnut cream, Strawberry cream and Coffee cream.
FRUIT LIQUEURS Sweet grappa-based liqueurs, with medium alcohol content, obtained from various types of fruit left to macerate for at least thirty days. Excellent served cold and for grappa “novices”.
AROMATIC GRAPPAS The Marzadro Distillery takes pride in collecting the herbs and roots that are placed in bottles which are then filled with grappa and left to refine for at least sixty days. A perfect finish to a meal.
